The Gerson Lehrman Group Councils are industry-focused networks of executives, physicians, scientists, engineers, attorneys, market researchers and other professionals from around the world. Members of the GLG Councils are compensated for consulting with global business and investment leaders on topics within their area of expertise.

Council Members provide their industry-specific knowledge through telephone consultations, online surveys and in-person meetings. All projects are scheduled at the convenience of the Council Member and generally last about an hour. Membership in the GLG Councils is free.

Earn Consulting FeesCouncil Members are paid an honorarium, at a rate they set, for all consultations. The Gerson Lehrman Group Councils values exceptional quality and professionalism, and as a result, consultation rates are above industry standards and payments are made promptly.

Educate Business and Investment LeadersMembers of the GLG Councils improve decision-making and accelerate business innovation by educating the business and investment leaders shaping their industry. Council Members provide consulting through telephone consultations, online surveys and in-person meetings.

Convenience

ConvenienceParticipation in research activities is optional and at the discretion of the Council Member. Council Members may accept or decline any invitation to consult based on their availability or ability to consult on a particular topic.

Privacy and Integrity

Privacy and IntegrityPersonal Council Member information is kept confidential and never sold to a third party. Council Members are not asked to comment on their company or employer; rather, they are invited to discuss general industry trends or specific products and services within their area of expertise. Council Members may only accept consultations on topics they are comfortable with and permitted to discuss.
