  • GLG Leaders may not engage in phone consultations, surveys, in-person meetings, events, talks, one-on-one meeting, or other speaking engagements with institutional investors outside of Gerson Lehrman Group. GLG Leaders may consult with corporations and pharmaceutical companies who were not introduced to you by GLG and speak at conferences arranged by industry associations. GLG Leaders may engage in consulting of a different nature (i.e., long-term projects, due diligence, written reports, etc.) with any type of company.
  • GLG Leaders are expected to remain as active and responsive in the GLG Councils as they are today. Like all Council Members, GLG Leaders should never participate in projects that present a conflict of interest and should only accept projects on topics they are comfortable with and permitted to discuss.
  • Gerson Lehrman Group may ask certain participants to help us confirm that applicable third parties are comfortable with their participation in this program.
